DESCRIPTION

Polycrystalline Diamond( PCD ) die blanks is used of Cobalt based binding agent or Silicon based binding agent and high quality diamond produced by ourselves through high temperature and pressure.  

It has three kinds:  

1.self-supported hexagon PCD die blanks;  

2.self-supported round die blanks;  

3.carbide-ring-support round die blanks.   

THE MAIN PURPOSE:

Because the drawing material is made of diamond, so it has a strong hardness and wear resistance, so the main purpose of drawing die is used to make a variety of drawing die, for the production of metal wire, wire, tube and other products Of the drawing processing equipment.
And can be produced according to the needs of different shapes of the mold, processing different shapes.

GENERAL QUESTIONS OF MARKET POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND DIE BLANKS:

1. trachoma: large particle mixed and defect in the material

2. fracture faultage: not good saw material and long time pressure

3.  carbonation: Over high temperature, too long residence time at constant temperature

4. non-Electrical Conductive: much extraction of cobalt

5. hard material: little extraction of cobalt

6. breakable: much extraction of cobalt, easy to fall off, not durable

1. Mounted at temperatures not exceeding 650°.

2. Maximum recommend bearing diameter for “soft” nonferrous wire . “Hard” wire diameter normally should not exceed 65% of this diameter
